Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. These can be done on full priced items only and are to be made within 40 days of purchase. Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as earrings and headwear due to health regulations (unless faulty). If unsure of sizing please refer to our sizing guide.
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns or size exchanges on any item purchased as part of the Last Chance Sale.
Conditions of returns and refunds
- All items returned to us must be in original condition and packaging and show no visible signs of wear or use.
- If returned items appear to have been used, damaged, or are not in a resalable condition, they will not be accepted.
- Items that are on clearance or discounted/sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be processed and returned via the same method used to purchase. Return postage will be at buyers expense. Any postage costs incurred by buyer will not be refunded.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to put aside exchanges and therefore will issue a store credit. Just follow the link above and select store credit.
For goods received that are faulty. Please contact us at info@benestarsandalsaustralia.com.au as soon as possible outlining the issue and a photograph so that we can assess.
To initiate a return, please complete the following:

- Once approved, print the return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided

Shipping
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Flat rate standard shipping fee $12, $18 Express shipping in Australia, $28 for International. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment in full. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your location in Australia. International can take up to 7-14 days
Tracking information will be provided via email. Lost or damaged goods in transit should be resolved with Australia Post or Courier Company using your tracking number.
We will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Benestar Sandals Australia.
