 Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Flat rate standard shipping fee $12, $18 Express shipping in Australia. Flat rate International shipping fee $25. Items will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment in full. Postage is with Australia Post and can take anywhere between 5-10 business days depending on your location. International can take anywhere between 7-14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you are approved for a refund/store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
